Each session is 50 minutes long. I usually recommend beginning therapy on a weekly cadence, however, I often see patients twice a week to provide more support as needed.
My approach to therapy seeks to provide lasting change through an in depth approach which takes time. I also provide short term therapy to support individuals through stressful life events.
Finding the right fit in a therapist is incredibly important. If after meeting you don't feel like we are the right fit for what you are looking for, I will work with you to get connected to other therapists or resources that may better meet your needs.

Yes, I also enjoy providing parent coaching. This is a focused space to understand the unique challenges you face as a parent and learn how to address them in service of facilitating deeper connection with your children and yourself.
